Refund & Return Policy – ShopAntra

At ShopAntra (shopantra.co), we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

(⚠️ For dropshipping in India, 30 days is risky. 7 days is industry standard.)


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID / confirmation email)

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Return request is made after 7 days


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received → We cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (size issue, changed mind, etc.) → Customer bears return shipping cost.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged / Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • Wrong product

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Without photo/video proof, claims may not be accepted.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items (beauty, grooming products)

  • Innerwear / intimate products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refused deliveries without valid reason may result in restriction from future COD orders.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer

    • Store credit

We do not provide cash refunds.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately


9. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders → Refunded via UPI or Bank transfer

Please note:
Banks may take additional 3–7 working days to reflect the refund.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
