Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ShopAntra (shopantra.co). This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing time may be extended.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote area serviceability

  • Unforeseen operational issues

ShopAntra is not liable for courier-related delays once the order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available on eligible pin codes.

COD Verification Workflow

To prevent fraudulent orders:

  • COD orders may require confirmation via:

    • Phone call

    • SMS

    • WhatsApp confirmation

If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from COD

  • Future prepaid-only purchases


5. Delivery Attempt Limitation

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the customer:

  • Is unavailable

  • Rejects the package

  • Fails to respond to courier calls

The package may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges must be paid in advance.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping & RTO charges.


6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email

  • SMS (if applicable)

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.

ShopAntra is not responsible for delivery failure due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Incomplete delivery details

If the order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.


8. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

To claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the package

    • Clearly show the sealed parcel

    • Show the shipping label

    • Show the product being taken out

Without a proper unboxing video, damage or missing item claims may not be accepted.

This policy protects both the customer and ShopAntra from fraudulent claims.


9. Return Pickup & Serviceability

Return pickup is subject to courier partner serviceability in your area.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location:

  • The customer may be requested to self-ship the product.

  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return is approved due to:

    • Wrong item sent

    • Damaged product

    • Defective product

Pickup timelines depend on courier partner availability.


10. Lost or Marked Delivered Orders

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will raise an investigation with the courier.

ShopAntra is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier partner after investigation closure.


11. Partial Shipments

Orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability or supplier location.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.


12. Force Majeure

ShopAntra is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Lockdowns

  • Political disruptions

  • Events beyond our control
